Coordination Mechanism of Dual-Channel Supply Chains Considering Retailer Innovation Inputs

In response to the online channels established by manufacturers, physical retailers are starting offer innovative services, which will intensify conflicts between manufacturers and retailers. Considering that conflict affect operation efficiency sustainable development of supply chain, coordination mechanism a dual-channel chain has been established. this study, we construct Stackelberg game model based on consumer utility theory analyze complex retailers’ innovation input level affecting design double mechanism. The results show that: (1) an optimal combination wholesale prices, retail prices levels can optimize operational (2) Noncooperation among channel members affects retailer’s product pricing, decreases market share increases demand (3) dual alleviate conflicts, improve chain. This study provides several insights organizational in chains.
